“ My interest is in bringing the mediums of film and photography beyond their place as documentary or demonstrative tools, utilizing a combination of modern and old-world printmaking techniques. Through a carefully controlled set of processes, I provide an environment allowing chaotic patterns to occur, which I then integrate into a composition. I believe that through the layering of figurative and non-figurative images, broader interpretations are possible.
